Job Description

Private villa chef for British family - English needed - French a plus - no children - food lovers 
One guest gluten dairy free for a week 
5th July - 9th August 

Experience needed , preferably yacht experience as well. 
Var area near Seillans 

Package on offer:

Accommodation en-suite provided 
Car provided for shopping and days off - full driving license needed as the house is in remote location
All travel within EU and UK covered 
6 days a week 
Salary  €400 per day +++ depending on experience 
Cooking for 2-8 
Shopping / provisioning 
Kitchen old fashioned but with all the relevant appliances - vitamix, kitchen aid, juicer , ice cream maker etc 

We require a top level chef who adores cooking light ,zingy elegant Mediterranean/asain / Middle Eastern food . Ottolenghi style 

Breakfasts 

fruit platters , fresh juice shots, avocado toast or compotes (bakery from village brought to villa by housekeeping staff )

Lunch 
Bbq’s , salads , flat breads etc (no quiches please ) . Inspo - bbq quail, brochettes , sea bass, etc . Various salads - family style by the pool.

Dinners 
More formal - sometimes theme nights , Villa host prepares drinks accordingly.
Canapés - a favourite of the family 
3 course platers , elegant/  light . 
Once pudding served - day over -

We need a passionate chef, team orientated and a good communicator . 

Staff along side chef 
1 full time housekeeper 
1 daily part time housekeeper 
1 Villa host supporting chef and client - driving and serving etc . 

 

We are looking for a chef currently in Europe/EU or the UK
