Job Description

Excellent role available for an experienced yacht sous chef to work as 2nd chef focusing on boss and guests food.

Male chef needed due to cabin share 

Must have solid land based restaurant experience in good fine dining on land

Must have worked as crew/sous chef or sole chef on 45m+ yachts

Need a chef able to work on own initiative and have skills and cuisine knowledge to bring help to head chef.

There is also a need to assist crew chef when needed

Chef needs to be available to start in early June in the Med

Chef needs Schengen or EU passport and must have a b1b2 visa in hand and of course stcw, PSA/PDSD, eng1, and food hyg l2/3 and a bonus if has a ship cook cert.
