Job Description

Sole Chef – 32m Motor Yacht | Antibes (Port Vauban)
Seasonal Charter Position | May–September/October

We are looking for an experienced Sole Chef to join a luxury 32-meter motor yacht based in Antibes. As the only chef on a compact 5-crew vessel, you will deliver high-quality, guest-focused cuisine while occasionally assisting the deck team with anchoring and mooring operations.

Responsibilities
Prepare and present all meals for up to 8–10 guests and 5 crew (breakfast through dinner, snacks and canapés)
Design creative, seasonal menus with Mediterranean influence; accommodate all dietary requirements
Manage provisioning, galley inventory, and food hygiene standards
Assist with deck operations (anchoring, mooring, line handling) as required

Requirements
Minimum 2 years' yacht chef experience (charter or private)
Formal culinary training or strong professional kitchen background
Valid STCW, ENG1 Medical, and Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2+)
Physically able and willing to assist with deck duties
Team-oriented, flexible, non-smoker preferred

Competitive salary (DOE)
