Job Description

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced chef to join this new build power catamaran for the summer season til Oct/Nov and there is possibility of perm contract after.

Yacht will attend F1 in Monaco and be mix of owner and family use and charters. They expect more charters than owner use in this first season

So need a chef to join in April to set up galley and be ready for busy summer in the Med.

Owner is family man, with wife and teen and friends and other family will use yacht

4 crew and 1 x chase boat captain, chef has own single cabin. Decent sized galley for the yacht size as its a catamaran!

Family want healthy varied Med based cuisine with well plated dishes (fine dining style) 

Great seasonal role based out of South of France
