• You send us the job details and criteria for the role using the link below.
• Our experienced Consultants will contact you for a confirmation chat about the role, the criteria etc so we fully understand what you want  and we then post the role onto our website but under a CONFIDENTIAL listing.
• Noone will know it’s your yacht or company that the role has been listed for. None of your details are disclosed anywhere.
• You will then get access to our global database of jobseekers who choose to be Apply to us for the role.
• Our Consultant will then undertake an initial screening interview with each candidate we deem to meet your criteria, if successful the Consultant will then check/verify all the candidate’s certificates, passport, visas and also get at least 2 written and 1 telephone reference for each candidate
• The consultant will then forward to your email the candidate CV with their contacts still on it, the refs we have on file and any food portfolios or menus
• We will aim to only send you between 1 and 5 of our best candidates so you only get a relevant shortlist and only have to decide from a shortlist that has been screened in advance
• You then follow up directly with any Candidate that interests you, all further reference or document checks are made by you and all offers and SEA issuance is made by you the employer and no other fees are payable!
• This service is offered on a case by case basis, it is charged at EUROS1,000 per job for Med and Non USA roles, payable and invoiced in advance. (USD1,250 for USA based roles)
